Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting a bike from Shrinath Bikes Rental. By renting our vehicles, you agree to abide by these terms.
Customer cannot drive the vehicle without a valid license. The license must be presented at the time of rental, and only then will the vehicle be handed over.
No tripsy and drunk driving allowed. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who appears intoxicated or unfit to drive.
A helmet is provided with each rental for safety. If the helmet is lost, stolen, or damaged, the security deposit will not be refunded.
Vehicle should be run only 100Km per day. If it goes beyond this limit, extra charges will be applicable at the rate of ₹10 per additional kilometer.
If customer takes the vehicle to water or mountain side, the responsibility will be of the customer. Any damage caused by such usage will be borne by the renter.
If the vehicle goes in one way (not returned to the original location), it's the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements for return or pay additional charges.
When the customer takes the vehicle, they must check the fuel level. At the time of returning the vehicle, the same level of fuel must be maintained.
If the vehicle gets a puncture, it should be repaired immediately. The cost of puncture repair will be borne by the customer.
When the vehicle is taken, if any problems arise after 30 minutes, it will be the responsibility of the customer to address them.
Anything related to physical damage to the vehicle is the responsibility of the owner, but if anything happens due to customer negligence, it becomes the responsibility of the customer.
If police issue any fines during the rental period, the customer needs to clear the police fines as well as pay any owner charges associated with the violation.
Vehicle must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns will incur additional charges. The security deposit will be refunded only upon timely return of the vehicle in good condition.
By renting a vehicle from Shrinath Bikes Rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, deposit forfeiture, or legal action.
